Pallares's skilled knife maker has for generations manufactured this handmade carbon steel knife. The knife blade has the traditional shape of a bay leaf and a boxwood handle.

These knives are still manufactured today in the same way they were made 100 years ago. Give your carbon steel knives a little extra care and love so you have a good knife set many years to come.

Hand wash the knife and wipe it directly with a towel. Be sure to store them in a dry place. Over time, the carbon steel will oxidize and develop a beautiful patina.
