PRICES

All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT.

Note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use Stripe for safe payment. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

CANCELLATION

When purchasing online the distance law is applied. This means that you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. The 14 days starts from the date that you receive your order. Note that you, as customer, will pay for the return shipping cost. More info is to be found under Shipping & Returns

PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Accordingly to GDPR we need your consent to handle personal information about you. All information that you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Tablerase as responsible for the personal information. The information you provide will be used to fulfill the obligations we have towards you as a customer and to fulfill various legal demands. You have the right, if requested, to take part of the information that is stored about you. If the information is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant you have the right to have the information corrected or erased.

We treat information such as name, address, e-mail, phone number, birthdate and order number.

We treat your personal information to be able to handle your purchase, order, to be able to deliver your products, handling of your payment and to help with questions and inquires regarding your purchase. We also handle your personal information to fulfill legal demands.

The information we handle is the information you provide us with when you do a purchase. Information is also collected through cookies. These are used to keep track of what products you put in your cart. If enabled you are not able to make a purchase.

We keep your personal information as long it is needed to fullfil our obligations towards you and/or to fulfill legal demands.

In cases when it is needed we share your personal information with other organisations. That will be organisations that are handling our delivery service, payment solutions and IT-solutions.

COMPLAINTS

You have the right to claim a product if it can be assumed to be a manufacturing defect in the product. Contact us at info@tablerase.se and include clear pictures of the defective product and give us your order number.

We are primarily changing the goods with a new one, or if the item is out of stock we will reimburse you for the product.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Important! Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. At any transport damage contact info@tablerase.se and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage and possibly damaged packaging and provide the email with your order number. For us to be able to claim damaged goods to the shipping company, we need to notify transport damage to the shipping company within 1-3 work days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within that time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We reserve the right to retrospectively correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery. We reserve the right for any errors in product info as well as price and availability. Even after completing the purchase and sent order confirmation, we reserve the right to change the price and delivery time for any printing errors. At the event of when a product is sold out, Tablerase has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside Tablerase's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Tablerase is released from Tablerase's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
